MG Real Estate Group is Philadelphia’s premier loft REALTOR®. We have been developing and selling them since 1979. We were one of the first pioneers of loft development in Philadelphia beginning with several loft projects in the Loft District. Since then we’ve expanded our loft projects to Center City, Old City, and other neighborhoods in Philadelphia.

We are the original live/work loft developers in Philadelphia. Our background in lofts began in art fabrication and sculpture which helped to formulate the utilitarian live/work loft. At MG Real Estate Group, we fully embrace the loft lifestyle. We love the open space and flexibility, the ability to customize, splash our walls with color, and move furniture easily on a whim. Our Old City Philadelphia office is located inside an over-sized multilevel loft designed by the company partners. It demonstrates the loft lifestyle with minimalist and contemporary design, and a rolling video catalog presentation of our lofts. The presentation is on a large flat screen TV displayed in our office window for passersby to view. Our office also has several conference rooms and private lounges to serve our clients in a cool, relaxed venue.
